Lukas Saint-Joigny (b.1993) is a French designer and sculptor, focusing on the research of a new aesthetic based on the unexpected and the strange

His work is at the intersection of sculpture, object and design, through a narrative approach.
He wants to recreate a connection in our relation to our domestic environment, weakened by hyper-industrialisation.

His work is based on material exploration and developing his own craft.
The research of texture is a central starting point of his language, through his experimentation he has created his own way of making objects.
He combines usual and unusual materials that make it appear as strong visually that it is tactile.
His influence takes root in the classical French movements such as Baroque or Art Nouveau creating a dynamic contemporary reinterpretation.
With the addition of contemporary pop culture references, his work brings us into a world at the border between fiction and reality.
In this dreamy world the vibrant color and joyful approach are met to foster imagination.
